Police sources confirm that the video depicts a man in a compromising position with a woman, claimed to be Upendra Singh Rawat. Rawat, who replaced Priyanka Singh Rawat as the BJP candidate for Barabanki in the 2019 Lok Sabha elections, links the incident to his recent nomination.
