On October 20, 2023, Prime Minister Narendra Modi inaugurated the Delhi-Ghaziabad-Meerut Regional Rapid Transit System (RRTS) Corridor, a momentous milestone in India’s infrastructure development. The RRTS is a state-of-the-art, high-speed rail network aimed at transforming urban commuting and reducing congestion in the National Capital Region.
The Delhi-Ghaziabad-Meerut RRTS Corridor promises faster, eco-friendly, and efficient transportation, covering a distance of approximately 82 kilometers. This ambitious project holds great promise for improving connectivity, economic growth, and environmental sustainability in the region.
