“Entering politics is easy, but achieving success is a different challenge,” the Prime Minister stated. He highlighted the need for exceptional communication skills, unwavering dedication, and constant connection with the people in both good and bad times. True leaders, he explained, must focus on teamwork and selfless service rather than personal gain.

Addressing young aspirants, PM Modi stressed the need for one lakh dedicated youth to join politics with a genuine desire to serve the nation. “Politics should not be about lena, pana, banana (taking, gaining, and making),” he remarked, urging young leaders to prioritize the nation over personal ambitions.
