England showcased a stellar performance to defeat Pakistan by seven wickets in the 4th T20I at The Oval on Thursday. After winning the toss, England chose to field and successfully restricted Pakistan to 157. Adil Rashid, named player-of-the-match, was instrumental with figures of 2-27 from his four overs.

Chasing 158, England made a blistering start with Phil Salt scoring 45 and captain Jos Buttler adding 39, putting up an opening partnership of 82 runs within seven overs. Harry Brook sealed the victory with a six off Haris Rauf, who was the standout bowler for Pakistan with figures of 3-38. England reached their target at 158-6 with more than three overs remaining, securing a 2-0 series win. The series saw two other matches at Headingley and Cardiff washed out due to rain.
