CBSE Denies Board Exam Paper Leak, Warns Against Misinformation

The Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE) has dismissed rumors of a 2025 board exam paper leak, calling them “baseless” and aimed at creating panic among students and parents. The board, conducting Class 10 and 12 exams for 44 lakh students, assured that strict measures are in place for fair examinations.
CBSE is actively monitoring social media platforms and collaborating with law enforcement to take action against those spreading false claims. Students involved in such activities could face severe penalties, including the cancellation of exams for up to three years under CBSE’s unfair means rules and the IPC.
The board urged students and parents to rely only on official CBSE communications and avoid engaging with unverified information. Legal action will be taken against those responsible for spreading misinformation to maintain the integrity of the exam process.
