Prime Minister Modi Addresses Viral ‘Melodi Memes’ and Shares Personal Insights in Podcast Debut

Prime Minister Narendra Modi made his podcast debut on People by WTF, hosted by Zerodha co-founder Nikhil Kamath, engaging in a candid and lighthearted conversation about his life, leadership, and even viral internet memes.

When asked about the viral “Melodi memes” referencing his interactions with Italian Prime Minister Giorgia Meloni, PM Modi responded with humor and grace, saying, “Wo toh chalta rehta hai (that’s an ongoing thing).” He added that he does not focus on online trends or memes, instead prioritizing his work.

Delving into his eating habits, PM Modi described himself as “not a foodie,” sharing his reliance on the late Arun Jaitley to navigate restaurant menus during his early political career. “If someone gives me a menu, I won’t be able to decide what to eat. I just needed it to be vegetarian,” he said.

The Prime Minister also reflected on his upbringing and entry into politics, highlighting the values instilled during his time with the Rashtriya Swayamsevak Sangh (RSS). Other topics discussed included stress management, education, and the challenges of leadership.

The podcast provided a rare glimpse into the personal side of PM Modi, showcasing his humility and humor while addressing both light-hearted and profound topics.
