Udaipur, 10 January 2024: In a shocking incident, popular YouTuber Mithilesh Backpacker revealed in a recent video the harassment faced by his Russian wife, Lisa, during their visit to Udaipur’s City Palace. The incident, captured on camera, showed a group of men making derogatory comments, including the phrase “6,000 INR,” directed at Lisa while she was with Mithilesh and their two-year-old son.
The phrase, which has gained a derogatory connotation toward Russian women due to sexually-charged jokes in popular culture, sparked an immediate reaction from Mithilesh. Confronting the eve-teasers on video, he said, “Meri wife Russian hai toh tu ulta seedha comment dega? (My wife is Russian, so you will make nonsensical comments?)” He demanded accountability from those harassing his family.
