Tallulah Willis, Moore’s youngest daughter, took to Instagram to defend her mother, explaining the context. “We spent New Year’s with Elle, so connecting with her after a win was a natural reaction. There was no snub. If Demi had noticed Kylie, she would have fully acknowledged her,” Tallulah stated, urging fans and media to focus on Moore’s achievement instead of creating unnecessary drama.
The award marks a milestone in Moore’s 45-year career, following nominations in 1991 and 1997. During her emotional acceptance speech, Moore reflected on being dismissed as a “popcorn actress” two decades ago. “I believed that I couldn’t be acknowledged for my work, which corroded me over time,” she revealed.
