Tragedy struck in the Bandipore district of Jammu and Kashmir as an Army truck rolled down a hill, resulting in the deaths of two soldiers and injuries to five others. The accident occurred near the Sadar Koot Payen area on Saturday when the driver lost control of the vehicle while negotiating a sharp curve.

The injured soldiers were immediately rushed to a local hospital, where two of them succumbed to their injuries. Security forces and local police promptly responded to the scene to provide assistance and secure the area. The condition of some injured personnel remains critical, and efforts are underway to ensure their recovery.

This incident follows a series of similar accidents involving Army vehicles in the region.
