Pregnant Teen from Delhi Murdered by Boyfriend Over Marriage Dispute.

A tragic incident has come to light involving the murder of a 19-year-old girl from Nangloi, West Delhi. The victim, Sonia, was allegedly killed by her boyfriend, Sanju alias Saleem, and two accomplices in Rohtak, Haryana, following disagreements over marriage and her pregnancy.

According to the police, Sonia, who was seven months pregnant, wanted to marry Saleem and keep the baby, while he pressured her to have an abortion. Their frequent fights over the issue culminated in a premeditated act of violence. On October 23, Sonia left her home to meet Saleem, unaware of his intentions.

The couple, accompanied by Saleem’s friends Ritik and Pankaj, rented a car and drove to Rohtak under the guise of celebrating Karva Chauth. Once there, Sonia was allegedly strangled, and her body was buried in a four-foot-deep pit in a forested area. Saleem returned to Delhi that night, attempting to conceal the crime.

The Delhi Police, following a complaint filed on October 23, swiftly arrested Saleem. During interrogation, he confessed to the crime, revealing the involvement of his two friends. While one accomplice is in custody, the other remains at large, and efforts are underway to locate him.

This heinous act has shocked the community, and further investigations are ongoing. The police are committed to ensuring justice for Sonia and her grieving family.
