Ajay Devgn and Team ‘Singham Again’ to Burn Raavan Effigy at Red Fort on Dussehra.
In an exciting prelude to the release of Singham Again, Ajay Devgn and his team will take part in the Dussehra celebrations at the iconic Red Fort in Delhi. On Saturday, October 12, Devgn will lead the Raavan Dahan ceremony, symbolizing the triumph of good over evil, at the prominent Lav Kush Ramlila. This marks a significant moment in the film’s promotional journey, aligning with the movie’s themes inspired by the Ramayana.
Directed by Rohit Shetty, Singham Again is the highly anticipated Diwali release, and the Dussehra ceremony provides the perfect backdrop to begin its grand promotion. The film’s trailer already hints at connections to the epic Ramayana, making this event particularly meaningful.
The Ramlila Committee, led by President Arjun Kumar, personally invited Ajay Devgn and the film’s team to perform the traditional effigy burning, a highlight of the Dussehra festivities. The event will take place on Saturday evening, with thousands expected to attend.
Last year, actress Kangana Ranaut made headlines by performing the ceremony while promoting her film Tejas, becoming the first woman to do so. With a stellar cast including Akshay Kumar, Kareena Kapoor Khan, Deepika Padukone, Ranveer Singh, and Tiger Shroff, Singham Again promises a cinematic spectacle.
*Mark your calendars for this Diwali’s biggest release, as Singham Again hits theaters on November 1, 2024, alongside Bhool Bhulaiyaa 3.
