Delhi Court Grants Bail to Lalu Prasad Yadav, Tejashwi Yadav, and Tej Pratap Yadav in Land-for-Jobs Case.

A Delhi court has granted bail to Rashtriya Janata Dal (RJD) chief and former Bihar Chief Minister Lalu Prasad Yadav, along with his sons Tejashwi Yadav and Tej Pratap Yadav, in the ongoing land-for-jobs case. The case, investigated under money laundering charges, involves allegations against the Yadav family for offering jobs in exchange for land parcels during Lalu Yadav’s tenure as Railway Minister.

Special Judge Vishal Gogne, presiding over the case, granted bail on a personal bond of Rs 1 lakh for each accused, citing that none of them had been arrested during the investigation phase. The court’s decision follows an earlier summons for the Yadav family to appear in relation to the charges leveled by the Enforcement Directorate (ED).

The land-for-jobs case has drawn significant media attention, given Lalu Prasad Yadav’s longstanding political career and his sons’ active involvement in Bihar’s political landscape. Tejashwi Yadav, currently serving as Bihar’s Deputy Chief Minister, and his brother Tej Pratap Yadav continue to deny any wrongdoing in the case.

This development marks a critical moment in the ongoing legal proceedings, with further updates anticipated as the case unfolds.
