Director Mudassar Aziz, known for his upcoming film Khel Khel Mein, recently spoke about Akshay Kumar’s journey through recent career challenges. Despite a few box office setbacks, Aziz emphasized that Akshay’s talent remains unparalleled, comparing his situation to a cricketer’s temporary dip in form. “Form is temporary, class is permanent,” said Aziz, affirming his confidence in the superstar’s enduring appeal.
Aziz, who has known Akshay for over 30 years, reflected on their shared journey, from his childhood admiration of Akshay’s comedy in Garam Masala to their collaboration on Khel Khel Mein. He revealed that Akshay is acutely aware of the online chatter about his career but approaches success and failure with the same mindset, which Aziz finds commendable.
Aziz also highlighted the camaraderie among the cast during the filming of Khel Khel Mein. “The entire experience has been so satisfying,” he shared, adding that the cast’s bond naturally grew, creating an enjoyable and collaborative atmosphere on set.
