Miss u Hamza darlings not. 2 years of #Darlings.” The mention of “Sads demise” in the post’s context led to fans mistaking it for real-life news, resulting in widespread concern.
Upon realizing the confusion his post had caused, Vijay quickly took to social media to clarify and apologise to his fans. He stated, “I deeply regret any distress my post may have caused. It was meant to be a humorous tribute to Hamza, my character in ‘Darlings,’ not a serious statement. I apologise to all my well-wishers who were worried. Thank you for your continuous love and support.”
