Congress led in both Uttarakhand constituencies, Badrinath and Manglaur. Trinamool Congress bagged three seats in West Bengal and led in a fourth. AAP clinched Punjab’s Jalandhar West, defeating BJP’s Sheetal Angural by 37,325 votes.
