Mihir Shah’s involvement in a fatal hit-and-run in Mumbai’s Worli area has shocked the city, with new details emerging about the night that led to tragedy. Shah and his friends reportedly consumed a staggering 12 large whisky pegs just hours before the incident, a revelation that has sparked outrage and scrutiny over responsible alcohol service.

The group left a Juhu bar around 1:30 AM, and by 5 AM, Shah’s BMW had collided with a two-wheeler, resulting in the death of Kaveri Nakhwa and injuries to her husband. Shah, who is under the legal drinking age of 25, allegedly used a fake ID to gain access to the bar, compounding the legal and ethical issues surrounding the case.

Eyewitnesses described a horrifying scene where Shah, aware that the victim was trapped under his car, continued to drive recklessly, ignoring pleas from bystanders to stop.
