In a significant achievement, BTS’ Jin has clinched the top spot in the June brand reputation rankings for individual boy group members, surpassing ASTRO’s Cha Eunwoo who had maintained a consistent lead in previous months. Jin’s resurgence follows his return from military service, coinciding with BTS’ 11th debut anniversary celebrations.

According to the Korean Business Research Institute’s latest survey, Jin secured a remarkable 203.52% increase in his brand reputation index compared to May, accumulating a total score of 3,835,261. His dominance in the rankings was bolstered by keywords such as “free hug,” “ARMY,” and “fan meeting,” reflecting his strong connection with fans and the wider community. Additionally, terms like “thankful,” “discharge,” and “congratulate” contributed significantly to his positive image, backed by a 95.07% positive reaction rate.

Despite slipping to the second position, Cha Eunwoo of ASTRO saw a 24.97% rise in his brand reputation index, totaling 3,604,710. The competitive nature of the rankings highlights the popularity and influence of both artists within the K-pop industry.

Meanwhile, Jin’s BTS bandmates also saw significant placements on the list, with Jimin ranking third, Jungkook at fifth, V at sixth, RM at ninth, and J-Hope and Suga at eleventh and twelfth places respectively. The collective success underscores BTS’ enduring impact and global appeal in the music scene.

In contrast, SEVENTEEN members achieved notable positions with Hoshi and Mingyu at 13th and 17th ranks, and Jeonghan and Wonwoo preparing for a special subunit debut claiming 16th and 24th places respectively. This diverse representation reflects the dynamic landscape of boy group member rankings in the competitive K-pop market.
