In the midst of campaigning fervor, Prime Minister Narendra Modi launched a scathing attack on the INDIA alliance during a rally in Gujarat’s Deesa. Accusing the opposition of spreading falsehoods through fake videos, PM Modi criticized their credibility, labeling their ‘Mohabbat Ki Dukan’ as a facade and highlighting their lack of sincerity towards governance.

Meanwhile, Union Home Minister Amit Shah conducted a roadshow in Karnataka’s Haveri, bolstering BJP’s election campaign in the state. The political landscape also witnessed the removal of Kunal Ghosh from his position as Trinamool Congress’s West Bengal general secretary following his divergence from the party’s stance.

In Delhi, Congress MLA Naseeb Singh voiced discontent over the party’s alliance with AAP, leading to his resignation. Similar sentiments echoed in Himachal Pradesh’s Mandi constituency, where Congress candidate Vikramaditya Singh challenged BJP’s Kangana Ranaut to an open debate.

As the electoral battleground heats up, various leaders continue to exchange verbal volleys. BJP spokesperson Gaurav Bhatia responded to Congress President Mallikarjun Kharge’s remarks, alleging him as a “remote-controlled President.” Meanwhile, Congress leader Jairam Ramesh reiterated the party’s commitment to labor rights, emphasizing a national minimum wage of ₹400 per day.
