“Hrithik Roshan Praises Kunal Kemmu’s ‘Lootcase’ on Twitter”
Hrithik Roshan recently took to Twitter to shower praise on Kunal Kemmu’s performance in the 2020 film “Lootcase.” Despite its lukewarm reception upon release, Roshan lauded Kemmu as a brilliant actor and commended the film’s director Rajesh Krishnan and the entire team.
In his tweet, Roshan expressed his admiration for Kemmu’s acting prowess, particularly highlighting his performance in “Lootcase.” Kemmu responded with gratitude, expressing his delight at Roshan’s positive feedback.
“Lootcase” features Kemmu as a middle-class Mumbaikar who stumbles upon a suitcase filled with cash, leading to a series of comedic yet chaotic encounters with various characters. While the film received mostly positive reviews, it didn’t perform exceptionally well at the box office.
Kemmu recently made his directorial debut with “Madgaon Express,” starring Pratik Gandhi, Divyendu, Avinash Tiwary, and Nora Fatehi. The film received warm reviews and achieved moderate success at the box office, garnering praise for its solid performance over two weeks.
Meanwhile, Rajesh Krishnan, the director of “Lootcase,” saw success with his latest release “Crew,” starring Kareena Kapoor, Tabu, and Kriti Sanon. The film crossed the ₹100 crore mark worldwide within 10 days of its release.
As for Hrithik Roshan, his last appearance was in the patriotic action thriller “Fighter,” where he portrayed an Indian Air Force pilot alongside Deepika Padukone, Karan Singh Grover, and Anil Kapoor.
