Teri Baaton Mein Aisa Uljha Jiya Box Office Collection Day 7: Decline After Valentine’s Day
After witnessing a surge in numbers on Valentine’s Day, the box office performance of “Teri Baaton Mein Aisa Uljha Jiya,” starring Shahid Kapoor and Kriti Sanon, experienced a decline on Thursday. The romantic comedy earned approximately ₹3.25 crore nett in India on its seventh day, compared to ₹6.75 crore nett on Wednesday. The film’s total collection in its opening week stands at an estimated ₹44.6 crore nett in India.
The movie, produced by Maddock Films and Jio Studios and directed by Amit Joshi and Aradhana Sah, marks Shahid Kapoor’s and Kriti Sanon’s collaboration. Kapoor’s character, Aryan, is a robotics engineer who falls in love with Sifra, a Super Intelligent Female Robot Automation portrayed by Sanon. The film explores the unique conflict of a human falling in love with a robot.
“Teri Baaton Mein Aisa Uljha Jiya” had its highest collection over the opening weekend, with ₹10.75 crore earned on Sunday following ₹9.65 crore on Saturday. The film features a cameo by Janhvi Kapoor and also includes veteran actors Dharmendra and Dimple Kapadia in the cast. Kriti Sanon, expressing her excitement about the project, highlighted the uniqueness of the conflict in the storyline, envisioning a future where humans might fall in love with robots.
