French President Emmanuel Macron Arrives in Jaipur as Chief Guest for Republic Day Celebrations

French President Emmanuel Macron is set to arrive in Jaipur today for his two-day state visit to India as the Republic Day chief guest. President Macron’s day in Jaipur will commence with a visit to Amer Fort, where a cultural event awaits. Subsequently, a joint roadshow with Prime Minister Narendra Modi is scheduled from Jantar Mantar to Sanganeri Gate, including a stopover at the iconic Hawa Mahal. The leaders are expected to visit local handicraft and tea shops before concluding their city tour at the historic Albert Hall Museum.

The evening will see a private dinner hosted by Prime Minister Modi at Rambagh Palace in honor of President Macron. The French President will then proceed to Delhi for the Republic Day parade, where a contingent from the French Army is slated to participate.
