A two-year-old child fell victim to a German Shepherd’s aggression, captured in chilling detail by CCTV footage. This marks the third such incident this month, raising concerns about public safety. Earlier instances include a seven-year-old girl attacked by an American Bully dog on January 9 and a one-and-a-half-year-old sustaining fractures in a dog attack on January 2.
