BharatPe co-founder Ashneer Grover has been fined ₹2 lakh by the Delhi High Court for repeatedly violating its orders and posting defamatory content against the fintech company.
The decision was made by Justice Rekha Palli, who acknowledged Grover’s unconditional apology for his past behavior and his commitment not to share further defamatory content.
The court expressed its dismay at the continuous and blatant violation of its orders, leading to the imposition of the ₹2 lakh fine.
