Reflecting on their relationship, she shared, “We had a very good relationship. She was an elder sister, a mother, and a singer. We respected her immensely. No one dared to question her. She had an exceptional singing prowess. Her voice was unique, making it nearly impossible for anyone to imitate her.”
Asked about her favorite contemporary singer, Asha Bhosle named Sunidhi Chauhan. She praised Chauhan’s versatility and distinct voice, noting that Chauhan stands out by not trying to emulate Lata Mangeshkar, unlike many others.
As her 90th birthday approaches, Asha Bhosle is gearing up to grace the stage once more. Through her Instagram, she shared her excitement about celebrating this remarkable milestone in Dubai.
